When building a team, it is as important to ensure that you do not have team full of Beckhams as to have a team full of no-hopers. The trick is in ensuring that you have your stars, your leaders, and your Mr/Mrs Average in a balanced group applicable to the task in hand. Sometimes that is missed.

It is also important to value exactly what your own contribution is to that team, and realistically in the cold light of day.
